They don't cover using Havn itself. If you become a customer, the agreement you sign with us sets out what you get, what it costs, and what each of us is responsible for. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

The Havn name, logo, illustrations and text on this site belong to PM Tech Consulting Inc. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages when you're talking about Havn. Please don't use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.
Where we link to other sites, such as an AI company or a messaging app, we don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We provide the website as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be up, error free, or current.
As far as the law allows, PM Tech Consulting Inc. isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law doesn't let a business take away.
