Who we are
This website is run by PM Tech Consulting Inc., an Ontario company that operates Havn. This notice covers the website only: what happens when you visit it or ask for a demo. If you become a customer, the privacy policy that comes with your order covers how Havn itself handles your information.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we get what you type into the form: your name, your email, and, if you fill them in, your company, your team size, and what you'd like the assistant to handle first.
When you visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites, and doesn't tell us who you are. We see totals, like how many people opened a page, not individuals.
The demo form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, sent it. To do that, your browser and network address are checked by Cloudflare at the moment you submit. We don't store your network address.
What we use it for
To reply to you, arrange the demo, and follow up about Havn. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising, and we don't add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Where it goes
A demo request goes to three services we use to run the business:
Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the bot check. Kanban Zone holds the request on our sales board so it doesn't get lost. SendGrid (Twilio) sends us an email that a request came in.
Some of these services store information in the United States, where it may be accessible to US authorities under US law.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we keep your demo request for up to 24 months after we last heard from you, then delete it. If you become a customer, your customer agreement takes over.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Write to privacy@gethavn.ai. We'll answer within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update it here and change the date below.
